Services Provided
We offer AI-generated video production services including scripting, concept development, voiceovers, and visuals in various styles (CGI, Pixar, Kodak, Realistic).
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our services. All content provided for use (logos, brand names, products) must be legally owned or licensed by you.
Intellectual Property
All AI-generated content by iPixar remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Revisions & Delivery
Each plan includes a fixed number of revisions. Delivery timelines range from 3–7 days depending on plan selection.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are to be made upfront. Refunds are not provided once production has begun, unless in case of non-delivery due to our fault.
Limitation of Liability
iPixar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
